If you have questions about
our program and would like to meet with someone before you register
please call and ask for Raelynn, our Registration Specialist. From
July 23rd-August
10th she will be at the Mapleton Center from 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Monday-Friday. She will be happy to meet with you at our Central
Office, Mapleton Center
or Arapahoe Center at other times by appointment only. Please contact

1. Print out and read the Fee Schedule (click
here) Choose the plan that best fits your family’s schedule.
Payment policies, change/cancellation procedures, closure days
and program fees are listed on this document.
Please read it in its entirety! When you register, you are agreeing
to everything listed on this form.
2. Determine your start date. YMCA care begins on August 20th for 1st-5th
graders and August 22nd for Kindergarteners. You are guaranteed space
to begin on the dates listed above if you register by August 1st. If
you register after August 1st, your start date will be determined by
the availability of staff and may be postponed until September 4th.
Print out the BVSD 2007-2008 School Calendar from
their Website (www.BVSD.org ). This calendar will give you the
information you need to determine
this year’s school schedule, days of closure and first/last day
of school.
3. Determine your first payment due at time of registration:
(a) If you start anytime in August: Registration fee, August payment
(Full time $150 or Part Time $100), (b) If you start September
4th or after: Registration fee,

State of Colorado Child Care Assistance Program
(CCAP): If you qualify for CCAP you must submit a current CCAP authorization
covering the days
and times you are registering for with expiration date OR pay the
regular amount at time of registration and we will refund payment when
authorization
arrives. You will be asked to sign a CCAP Family Agreement detailing
the expectations of families on this plan at the time of registration.
Financial Assistance (click
here for form): If you do not qualify for
CCAP funding and need support with your monthly payment, please submit
a YMCA Financial Assistance Application. Financial Assistance is available
for working parents, students who are attending classes and working a
combined 35 hours per week and those with extenuating circumstances.
The YMCA does not provide financial assistance to those receiving funds
from any other third party. Please attach your registration packet to
your application so we will be able to easily process it after authorization.

Obtain a copy of your child’s Immunization Record signed by his/her Doctor.
4. Return all forms with your first month’s payment to our Central
Office, Mapleton Facility or Arapahoe Facility or mail them to YMCA of
Boulder Valley, 5541 Central Ave, Suite 135B, Boulder, CO – Attn:
SAP. Please DO NOT FAX as the quality is inconsistent.
5. At time of registration, you will:
1. Receive the following information
• Full Day Field Trip Schedule for September 21, October 12, and November
9
• Swim Lesson Registration form for session A and B
• Parent Handbook
• Copy of your registration form, payment authorization form with receipt
of payment
• A gift for your family
2. Set up a mandatory appointment time to meet your Program Site Director at
your school on 8/16 or 8/17
If you mail your packet: We will mail the above information with your
appointment date and time to you. Please look it over immediately when
it arrives!
