At least three (3) references are required for all positions. One reference form is included in each application packet. Please print the form, complete the top box then give or fax to people from whom you would like a reference. Completed references may be returned via fax, USPS, or dropped off at any of the locations listed above.

Please note: A Director or an Assistant Director for School-Aged Programs or Day Camps must have a bachelor’s degree or 2 years of college and 960 hours of verifiable experience working with children since the age of 18. Program Leaders require 480 hours of verifiable experience working with school-age children. You may use as many reference forms as necessary to accomplish this requirement.
