Registration Instructions
Due to requirements of Health and Human Services and their requirement of parent/legal guardian signatures and the number of sites we program, we cannot provide on-line registration. Please download and print a copy of the Parent Handbook for important information before signing and returning the necessary forms from the Registration Packet. Read all information thoroughly.
2010 Fall School Age Registration Packet
Click here to download entire packet. Return the following forms signed along with two current color photos of your child/children to either YMCA of Boulder Valley facility. You may also click each individual form to download if you already have portions of the Registration Packet.
Make Payment:
You may make your first payment by check, money order or by Visa/MC. If you would like to make your first payment with the Visa/MC listed on your Payment Option Form – please indicate the amount on this form. The registration fee and 1st month’s payment is due upon registration.
Changes/Cancellation Policy: These policies are listed on the registration form.
CCAP Clients: We happily accept CCAP clients. You may register with a current authorization form issued by your CCAP case worker. If your authorization is pending, you must pay at least 35% of the fee until we receive a written authorization. Any program times which are used and not covered by CCAP will be charged in full to the parent/guardian who registered the child. You must sign and submit the Payment Option Form even if you have no parent fee, as well as the Third Party Agreement Form.

Financial Assistance: The YMCA strives to support those families who are experiencing financial hardship and who are not eligible for the Colorado Childcare Assistance Program (CCAP). Financial Assistance is prioritized at a 25-65% discount for working parents and students, depending on income, expenses, and special circumstances. Please fill out an application and submit with all required documentation. It may take up to two weeks to authorize assistance depending on availability of review team and volume of applications. During the school year, you may pay 35% of the fee once a completed application is submitted, until your fee is determined. For weekly “Fun In The Sun” or camp registration, you must have assistance approved before you may register. Financial Assistance does not go into effect until completed application/documentation is received. Submit your registration materials:
Registrations with appropriate payment submitted by August 2nd , 2010 are guaranteed space the first day of school and may turn in paperwork at the Arapahoe Center or Mapleton Center. Faxes are not accepted because they do not have original signatures required by licensing. CCAP and Financial Assistance families must register at the Arapahoe Center:

After August 2, 2010 your registration start date will be determined by the availability of staff at your school site and must be turned in at our Arapahoe Center offices.
After September 6, 2010 your registration may be turned in at your school directly to your YMCA Site Director with the appropriate payment. CCAP and Financial Assistance families must still register at the Arapahoe YMCA.
What's Next?
You will be contacted to set up an introduction appointment for Friday, August 13th or Monday, August 16th.. At that time you will be able to meet your Site Director, share information about your child and ask any questions about the program. If you register after school begins, please set up a time with your Director before you start the program.
