Lap Swimming

Members are welcome to workout on their own during many lap and open swim times. For an up to date pool schedule of available lap swim times, click here.

Pool Fitness

Excellent for strength training and increasing endurance without the impact of land. Ability to swim is not necessary! Each pool fitness class times are unique to each other so please try them all to see which one fits your schedule and ability. See pool schedule for times. These classes are free of charge and are a benefit for Y members.

Swim Training

Swim Training is a drop in coached swim workout that works towards building swim endurance. The coaching staff splits the swimmers into lanes with the same skill and gives workouts according to everyone’s ability. Classes are held in the morning and evening and are free of charge and a benefit of Y membership.
