The YMCA has been teaching people to swim for more than a century. In our aquatics programs, children learn to be safe around water and they feel the sense of accomplishment that comes with learning something new. We offer a wide range of classes and programs for infants, toddlers, youth, teens and adults, with private, semi-private and class options.
Swimming Pool and Spray Park Usage
Both the Mapleton Center and new Arapahoe Center pools are accessible to
YMCA of Boulder Valley members only.
9 years old and under | Access with adult supervision
10 years old and up | Access with aquatic staff approval
Effective Saturday, July 23, 2010, we will initiate new pricing for Pool Guest Fees. Guests must still be accompanied by a member. The price will be $8 for an adult and $5 for youth (18 years and under). If you have any further questions, please ask the front desk staff.

Pool hours for September:
Mon - Fri: Open/lap swim 5:30am-12pm (Baby pool open 9am-12pm)
Mon/Wed: Lap swim only 4pm-6pm (Baby pool open 4pm-6pm)
Tues/Thurs/Fri: Open/lap swim 4pm-6pm (Baby pool open 4pm-6pm)
Sat/Sun: Open/lap swim 8am-8pm (Baby pool open 9am-7pm)
Even though we have posted Arapahoe pool hours for the month of September, our Aquatics department will be keeping a close count on how many people are using the different areas of the pool for the rest of August after schools have started. That information, along with member comments, will be taken into consideration, and if a change to pool hours is necessary for September, we will do our best to accommodate our members' needs.
