Grommet Skate Quest (Ages entering 4th – 6th grade)
Grommet Skate Quest is back by popular demand, with an extra session added for the 2010 summer. Skaters will meet at the Mapleton Center YMCA to begin each day of skating fun and adventure. Grommets have a balance of structured clinics and free skate time. Campers travel daily to a different metro area skatepark to skate a variety of terrain. Skaters need to have some skateboarding skills and the desire to learn and skate every day. There will even be opportunities to cool down at one of the area swimming pools during the week. Skateboard, helmet, elbow and knee pads required.

Summer Skate Quest (Ages entering 4th – 9th grade)
Five days of fun skateboarding and instruction begin each day at the Boulder Skatepark. Skaters travel together to skateparks in the metro area to explore and enjoy a variety of skate terrain. Each day provides a balance of structured clinics and free skate time. Clinics will focus on a variety of skate styles including vert, street, downhill, transition and transportation. Skaters need to have some skateboarding skills and the desire to learn and skate every day. There will even be opportunities to cool down at one of the area swimming pools during the week. Skateboard, helmet, elbow and knee pads required.
Location: Summer Skate Quest meets at the Boulder Skatepark, 30th and Arapahoe, Boulder.

Advanced Skate Quest (ASQ) (Ages entering 7th – 10th grade)
“ASQ” is designed for the advanced skateboarder looking to explore new terrain and expand their skating horizons. Skaters meet at the Boulder Skatepark on Monday and Tuesday, leaving from there to visit different Front Range skateparks. On Wednesday campers hit the road for a three day, two night camping and skating adventure in the mountains. Skaters will travel from one epic park to the next - setting up camp, cooking their meals sleeping under the stars. Camp gear, skateboard, helmet, elbow and knee pads required.
Advanced Skate Quest meets Monday and Tuesday from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm at the Boulder Skatepark, 30th and Arapahoe, Boulder. Campers leave on Wednesday morning at 8:30 am and return by 4:30 pm on Friday. A specific daily schedule will be available on the first day of camp.

Great Skate Escape (Ages entering 8th – 12th grade)
The Great Skate Escape is a five day camping and skateboarding adventure. Skaters will visit at least five skateparks and perform community service projects along the way. This camp provides a great opportunity for personal growth, leadership, community outreach and adventure. Camp gear, skateboard, helmet, elbow and knee pads required.
The Great Skate Escape departs from the Mapleton YMCA, 28 & Mapleton, Boulder at 8:30 am on Monday and returns by 4:30 pm on Friday.
