This 5-week seminar is designed for relief of muscular and/or joint pain. We will enjoy time tested joint isolation movements gently renewing the joints and musculature. Participants often feel free of pain for the first time. We will use self-massage techniques from many traditions including foam rollers and hot stones. A truly nourishing class.
