TRX® TRAINING (Ages 16+)

Fees: $40 Members/$55 Non-Members

TRX® Suspension Trainer™, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to enable hundreds of exercises for every fitness goal. The exercises develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. Get a fast, effective total body workout. This class will benefit people of all fitness levels and abilities.

Beginner Boot Camp (Ages 18+)

Have you ever thought about joining a boot camp class, but weren’t quite sure if you could do it? This beginner boot camp class is a great place to start as it will ease you into running, push-ups, ab work and all the drills associated with a boot camp class. We will also show you a myriad of modifications so that you can fearlessly attend any boot camp class and know how to take care of your body. Join in with our fun, supportive, progressive group class and learn not only the basics to boot camp…but some tricks that will help you feel successful in any group exercise class.

Cross Training (Ages 18+)

You may be in great shape for the sort of exercise you do routinely. But if that’s all you do day after day, you may be setting yourself up for injury or mental burnout and that is not a good way to get fit. What can help prevent injury and burnout? Cross training is a great way to condition different muscle groups, develop a new set of skills and reduce boredom. After months of performing the same movements, your body becomes efficient in these actions and rather than continuing to improve, you simply maintain one level of fitness.

Functional Strength Training (Ages 18+)

A 6 week class for those that would like to strengthen, define, and sculpt their physique. Work out with a personal trainer in a small group setting (maximum of 6 participants). This is a progressive program that will also focus on muscle imbalances and flexibility using a variety of techniques making your workouts fun, effective, and time efficient.

This is a great opportunity to workout with others in a supportive and motivating environment. Set a goal and work toward a healthy new you in this comprehensive program. During this 4 week progressive Fitness Boxing program you’ll get a full body workout while learning traditional boxing techniques. Build strength, stamina and speed with an emphasis on fitness in this fun group boxing class. Get your own pair of hand wraps for just $5. (Gloves are provided.)
