Have you ever thought about joining a boot camp class, but weren’t quite sure if you could do it? This beginner boot camp class is a great place to start as it will ease you into running, push-ups, ab work and all the drills associated with a boot camp class. We will also show you a myriad of modifications so that you can fearlessly attend any boot camp class and know how to take care of your body. Join in with our fun, supportive, progressive group class and learn not only the basics to boot camp…but some tricks that will help you feel successful in any group exercise class.

But if that’s all you do day after day, you may be setting yourself up for injury or mental burnout and that is not a good way to get fit. What can help prevent injury and burnout? Cross training is a great way to condition different muscle groups, develop a new set of skills and reduce boredom. After months of performing the same movements, your body becomes efficient in these actions and rather than continuing to improve, you simply maintain one level of fitness.
