Join us for the is 12 week program in a supportive group environment to focus on behavior change, exercise and healthy eating.

Join this fun, supportive class and enjoy a circuit style class that incorporates a wide variety of exercise equipment and movement into every workout. Participate in this once a week group class, and receive weekly assignments. Assignments will help you learn self-management skills that lead to adopting a healthy lifestyle, goal setting, how to recognize and overcome barriers to reaching activity and fitness goals, and how to use technology as a motivator. In addition, you will learn some new ways to assess your own personal progress. Each class is 45 minutes of exercise and 15 minutes of discussion. You will receive weekly articles and emails from instructor to support your individualized efforts. No more than 8-12 people in class.

Have you ever thought about joining a boot camp class, but weren’t quite sure if you could do it? This beginner boot camp class is a great place to start as it will ease you into running, push-ups, ab work and all the drills associated with a boot camp class. We will also show you a myriad of modifications so that you can fearlessly attend any boot camp class and know how to take care of your body. Join in with our fun, supportive, progressive group class and learn not only the basics to boot camp…but some tricks that will help you feel successful in any group exercise class.

A 4-week class that challenges the participant to go that extra step by pushing beyond your comfort zone. You will be asked to work hard in an environment that utilizes a “boot camp” style approach. Push-ups, plyometrics, running, and jumping rope are a few of the activities. This is a class for the individual who wants to take the next step in developing increased level of fitness. Please be advised that this class can also be offered to groups of 4 or more people at other times.
