
Our youth fitness programs are designed to develop our children into physically strong kids but more importantly into kids of good strong character. Physical education exercise is one of the best ways to promote youth fitness. However, due to budget cutbacks, physical education and physical activity in schools have been seriously affected. Our goal is to provide safe, effective physical activity programs to help keep kids moving while having fun!
A youth fitness orientation will teach your child how to use the equipment safely. To schedule a youth fitness orientation please call or stop by the front desk or fitness desk of either YMCA and they will arrange a time and date(s) that work for you.
