Learn skills in tumbling like cartwheels, rolls, handstands, round-offs, handsprings, back tucks, layouts and more. Learn proper cheerleading technique for stunting, motions, jumps, and more. Gain flexibility, strength, stamina, and coordination which will help with all athletics. All experience levels welcome including those new to participating. Instructor: Adam Clayton has many years of experience, in tumbling and cheerleading, teaching both beginners and advanced athletes. Option to do performances also available. Location: Arapahoe

Proper Attire: Hair pulled back, t-shirt and/or tank top, shorts and/or pants that stretch.  In addition to above, bring athletic shoes for cheer, no loose jewelry/piercings (studs ok), rings or gum.

Kid's Club (age 3-5) at the Arapahoe Center
Provide your child with a safe, fun and stimulating environment. Children in Kid’s Club will be introduced to different games, activities and projects.

Gym Ventures (age 6-10) at the Arapahoe Center
This program is designed for children 6-10 on days when the Boulder Valley School District is not in session, and provides a supervised environment for making new friends, playing games, getting exercise and having fun!
