Drop-in Classes

YOUTH PLAY (Ages 7-12)

Come join us for a fun and interactive learning experience about exercise and healthy eating! Each class starts with a warm up game then we work on strength, balance and coordination movements. We also have a nutrition discussion and activity as well as fun exercise games and contests.

YOUTH YOGA (Ages 7-12)

Youth Yoga is an integral and fun movement-based class teaching kids the basics of yoga. This class may include breath control, simple meditation, and learning specific body positions. Youth Yoga specifically increases body awareness, flexibility and strength.

LA FAMILIA BOXING (Ages 8-16)

Hosted at the Longmont Y, La Familia Boxing teaches kids and teens commitment, dedication, discipline, honor and respect through the sport of boxing. Both boys and girls are welcome to join this program at the Longmont Y to discover a hard-hitting sport that can change lives. Hand wraps are needed to participate.

Monday-Friday, 5:30-7:30pm, Longmont Y
