Executive Director, Community Branch

BS Elementary Education with Reading and Special Education Endorsements, Childcare Director’s Certificate, Licensed Teacher K-8

“Children are born naturally curious and ready to learn about their environment through exploration. Our job as educators is to act as a guide for our students and provide them with meaningful learning experiences. Guiding children rather than directing them allows for self-discovery, risk-taking and the building of executive function skills necessary for a lifetime of learning success. The early learning classroom should be one built on trust and respect where children feel safe to share ideas and try new things. Young children should feel supported academically, socially and emotionally by their teachers and caregivers. Providing this foundational support in the early learning environment helps children as they continue to move through the education system and into adulthood.”

Ms. Lynne

Lead Teacher, Pre-Kindergarten

Master’s Degree in Education

Ms. Lynne is our Pre-Kindergarten Lead Teacher. Lynne has taught Pre-Kindergarten through 2nd grade for a total of 29 years. Her classroom ensures that her students are fully prepared to enter kindergarten when they leave Inspire. Each day her students practice early literacy and math skills during small group learning times to ensure they each receive the individual attention they need. In addition to learning basic academics, Lynne’s class also focuses on practicing valuable life skills and social skills to help them be even more prepared for kindergarten! Lastly, we are thrilled to have Lynne implement sign language as part of her daily routine!

Ms. Amber

Assistant Teacher, Pre-Kindergarten

Ms. Amber is our Assistant Pre-Kindergarten Teacher, working alongside Ms. Lynne. Amber works hard to create trusting bonds with all of our Inspire students and their families. She is often found spending valuable one-on-one moments with our students when they need individual assistance academically or just a caring cuddle. Amber is a wonderful storyteller who does a great job incorporating the school’s weekly themes and letters into her stories!

Ms. Lucero

Lead Teacher, Pre-Kindergarten (afternoon)

Colorado ECT Certification

Ms. Lucero is our afternoon Lead Pre-Kindergarten Teacher. Lucero organizes and plans fun, energizing activities for our students to enjoy every afternoon. From making playdough to organized games in the gym to messy crafts, our students are always engaged and busy until pick-up time! Lucero is one of our bilingual staff members who openly uses her skills to build bonds and ensure strong communication levels with our Hispanic and Latino families. We are very lucky to have her!
